At the Henrietta store, Ken was absolutely awesome to work with. My husband and I came to the store multiple times to discuss and select various flooring styles and colors. We changed our minds at least three times and each time, Ken was very personable and professional. His knowledge of the products is thorough and Ken was able to easily answer all of our questions. We’re very happy with our interaction with Ken.

Came to store to compare prices. Ended up purchasing from here because Michelle was so great. She explained the products, the pricing, and the steps to getting the floor done. She coordinated the measuring, the delivery, and the installation which was completed in about 2 weeks. All workers were very professional and on-time. Michelle and the others were in constant communication so there were no surprises. Thanks for such great service!

I had a wonderful experience with this store. I needed to make a return and I was helped by Aaron Collins. He was very knowledgeable, Very nice and very professional. I called before making the drive, And when I came in, Aaron Had all my paperwork ready. I was out of the store in literally two minutes. Lastly, I got my floors and am extremely happy with the quality. I highly recommend this store!
