About Sete Oak with Pad Engineered Vinyl Plank

5mm w/pad Sete Oak Waterproof Rigid Vinyl Plank Flooring 7 in. Wide x 48 in. Long

Lifetime Warranty

Sete oak vinyl floors soften and open your pace with hues of medium blonde. With 7-inch wide planks, the foundation of your room feels more uniform and consistent, while the planks' subtle texturing adds interest and a sense of longevity.

The floors look like real oak but are more durable and waterproof. And with a 5mm thickness, they stand up in heavy-traffic areas. Waterproofing makes this the perfect floor for bathrooms, kitchens, or other rooms that are frequently exposed to moisture.

You can install this flooring on any level of your home. Experienced DIYers can tackle the easy-click installation on their own, but we recommend professional installation for the best results. We advise laying it over a moisture barrier for overall improved installation quality. After installation, you can maintain your floors by sweeping or vacuuming them regularly and wet mopping for a deeper clean. With this routine maintenance, your vinyl flooring could give you a lifetime of beautiful service.

Subfloor surface must be clean, flat, and dry. This flooring is suitable for installation over Hydronic Radiant heating systems provided that the heating element is not in direct contact with the product. Because of the wide array of systems on the market, each with its own features and applications, it is recommended that the user consults with the heating provider for best practices and installation methods.  It is the user's responsibility to confirm the suitability of any selected or existing radiant-heating system that will be used in conjunction with this flooring. Rugs placed over radiant heated flooring can increase the surface temperature in that area by 3°-5°F.

Remember that lighting makes all the difference! Your flooring, as a result, may look different in your home than it does online. Be sure to order free samples, then try them in your home at different points throughout the day to ensure you like the look!

In support of healthy home environments, Tranquility and CoreLuxe vinyl flooring are phthalate-safe.

Underlayment
QuietWalk MaxQuietWalk Versa  underlayments are recommended for use under Vinyl flooring. These quality underlayments helps smooth out minor subfloor imperfections, provide moisture protection over wood subfloors and have added insulation and sound control properties.

For installations over concrete QuietBoard underlayment is also recommended but have moisture limits and will require an 6 mil polyethylene moisture barrier.

The Eco Silencer Max is a substitute for a 6 mil poly.

This floor is waterproof, however, moisture intrusions from concrete via hydrostatic pressure, flooding, or plumbing leaks, along with high levels of alkalinity, can affect floor coverings over time.

Moisture can also be trapped below the flooring and create mildew or mold.
