If flooring had superheroes, Larry and Matt wear the capes. They answered every question, dodged every mistake, and somehow made choosing floors... fun? Larry knows his stuff like he invented hardwood, and Matt? Basically the flooring ninja—quiet, fast, and always on point. Just finished our flooring installation and am thrilled that we went with Lumber Liquidators! I was looking for a place that could give me information on the types of flooring before we purchased the floor. Unlike the big chain stores like Lowes and Home Depot, where they have very young associates working in the department and it was hard to find a knowledgeable person to help us and offer the information we were looking for before buying the floor. This was an investment and we wanted to get it right and we were not disappointed with Lumber Liquidators. Chris Sorrentino at Lumber Liquidators had the experience in flooring that we were looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and provided excellent information and walked us through the different types and prices of the hardwood flooring, which is what we wanted to go with, and answered all of our questions. He even made great suggestions to us based on what we were looking for. We ended up going with their Bellawood Select line which was a great product and the bonus was they were having a sale so we saved money on the flooring. It is a great product and it looks beautiful in our living room, dining room and hallway. Ended up with a much better quality product at almost the same price we would have paid at other stores that had less of the quality of flooring. We ended up getting more flooring than we needed, but it was not a problem and ended up an easy return process. I called the store and spoke with Chris and told him we needed to return a few boxes and he told us to just bring them back, which we did They unloaded them and Chris processed the return. We definitely appreciated the no hassles return and we got the money back in 4 days. That was a help because we ended up using the refund money for other purchases for the home renovation. Chris and his team are professionals all the way; so very happy with our decision to go with Lumber Liquidators and pleased with the whole experience and loving our new floor.

We have been to this flooring location multiple times over the past few years, and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. This time was no different. Unfortunately the flooring we wanted was no longer stock. However, the sales rep did some research and found a store in Florida had some of that flooring left. He helped us order the flooring to have it shipped to this location in Selma. Two weeks later our order arrived seamlessly, and we were able to pick it up on location. Matt who helped us with our pick-up order, was nice enough to help us load the floors into our vehicle. He was very helpful and kind. Like I said this location never disappoints, and I’m glad we had another pleasant experience! I highly recommend this location for any of your flooring needs.

Our journey started with a pleasant conversation with Joseph, followed up by a store visit. Thanks to his professionalism we had our kitchen floor picked out and ordered in under 45 minutes. The materials arrived right on schedule and the installation a week later. The install was great, with excellent fit and finish. They even refunded the unopened materials we ordered (just in case). I purchased hardwood flooring and new baseboards for 4 rooms to replace carpeting and old laminate in my house. I couldn’t have been happier with the way the associate Larry Parker handled the entire process from choosing the flooring and arranging and scheduling the delivery and installation. As a side note, the installer did an absolutely wonderful job and completed the work in three days. I will certainly recommend Larry and L and L to anyone looking for flooring.

Tony at the Hooper Ave store in Toms River is always amazing! In fact everyone we’ve ever been served by at this store is. We’ve done several projects with Tony and our expectations are always exceeded. This last one Tony helped us find some discontinued flooring accessories for a repair we needed to make. This is by far the best interlocking system I’ve used for LVP—it significantly reduced the number of damaged pieces during installation. The stair nose fittings are also fantastic, making stair installation a breeze. I’ll definitely be getting my flooring from them again

Chelsey and Jade are definitely put at a disadvantage because of this bad policy. I don’t know how the owner of Lumber Liquidators plans to stay in business with all the competition in the area. Great Customer Service. I came in last week before closing and store Manager James Bonds was extremely helpful. I purchased floors from this same location about 4 years ago and came back to buy more. My flooring had been discontinued but James was able to help me find flooring as close as possible to the flooring I purchased previously as I am doing more renovations in my home. Flooring took a week to come. James was extremely helpful and communicated with me effectively to let me know when my flooring came. Highly recommend this location and will purchase from this store again in the future.
