Eli was very professional and made sure we were satisfied. He took his time making sure we chose the best product for our needs. When we picked up the boxes some of the boxes were opened on the end and had damage. Eli was really nice and went through those to make sure we were satisfied with each box. We will be in need of more boxes and he is making sure they will be in warehouse for us.

She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, kind (when I was initially having trouble understanding the differences in the products they carry she just re-explained everything until I understood it,)and cooperative. First off, we weren’t sure that Lumber Liquidators were still in business. Thankfully they are. We are trying to match some LVP that we bought from LL years ago. Rob helped us find a different product that is an almost perfect match. We want three rooms redone. Within a day, Rob had Mike come out and take measurements and next day we had a quote. Then we decided we wanted some stairs done and then we decided to add some basement areas. Rob and Mike patiently advised us on options, redid the measurements and revised the quote. After some ridiculous credit card issues we are finally paid up and awaiting delivery. So far the service has been outstanding. We look forward to the installation.

The Lumber Liquidators in Ft. Myers, Florida were amazing people! I called the store in Naples and they stated what I needed was in stock at the Ft. Myers location. I had to rush to Ft. Myers from Naples in rush hour which took me almost two hours to get them 37 miles I had to go. Chris and the other wonderful young man were kind enough to wait for me to arrive which was past the hours of operation. They had my order waiting outside and the loaded my car, when I pulled up. Thank you thank you thank you! I am on a time crunch and needed the supplies and they exceeded expectations to help me! Now I can get this project done and get this place for sale and head back home to Colorado. Thank you again!

There are some growing pains with the transition back to lumber liquidators, but its worth dealing with them over Lowe's/HD. Why? They sell flooring and flooring supplys, they won't be distracted delivering a fridge or returning warped lumber. Which means they can better solve any issues that may arise during installation or delivery. It's construction and they can arise, buying from someone who deals only in one aspect of the trades is far better than a jack of all trades who's mediocre at best at all of them (ie the big box stores)

I went into the St. PETE store after shopping for floors out of stock at 4 places. I found my floor with RICH . When I asked if it was on sale, Rich looked it up to find on clearance & amount I needed. I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY & Rich was glad he made a woman happy. Another woman was there listening & kind of said "I want to be happy too!" Rich was a bit embarrassed but stayed professional. Made shopping for floors a great experience.

Ordered 360 square feet of reasonably priced red oak, hardwood flooring, which arrived when I was told it would. The staff was great to work with from sales to pick up, and even loaded my truck for me. When I returned a week later to return an unopened box I didn't need, it was not a problem and took about five minutes. The floors look great, and the material was exactly what I expected. There were a few boards that were cracked but I was able to trim the damaged ends and still use most of the board. Overall, I was very happy with the staff and the product.

I bought some vinyl floors from Chris and installed myself and had enough for the job. A week later I had a problem with a few and started the process of finding the problem. It was an installation problem on my part where I dropped a pencil under the floor. I needed another box to fix the problem and Chris went out of his way to help me find another box to fix the problem and reach a deadline. Awesome salesman and great distributor. Highly recommend these guys.

I am back shopping again, it has been 4 years since I put in new vinyl floors at my cabin, I still love it. I chose one with lots of character where the vinyl shows saw blade groves and it feels like real wood. I had 2 extra boxes I was allowed to return, not all places allow that. It's been 6 months since my install, and I LOVE my floors!! I don't want this to sound like a fake review because it's so positive, but every part of the process went smoothly for me. Anthony & Calvina were incredible to work with. They helped me pick out the floor I wanted, even though I was very picky. Went through many samples and even a couple boxes of test flooring to finally find the floor I liked- the Engineered Blue Ridge Oak. Anthony & Calvina worked with me on the quote and throughout the process to make sure I was happy. They even helped me return my unused extra product for a refund. I wasn't sure what I'd get with the install since I hadn't met the installer, but Allan and his team were so professional and detailed. They did an amazing job and I still haven't seen any issues with the work. If I ever have another flooring project, I just hope Anthony and the team at LL will still be around to help me. They did me a solid before they transitioned ownership .The manager and guy that helped me out were both super nice and beyond helpful. Greetings, fellow truckers. If you're planning to arrive here, I recommend contacting the store in advance to inquire about early arrival. Fortunately, I did so, and it's going to be chaotic departing, but not as challenging if I had arrived at 7 a.m. and started backing in. I arrived at 0400, and there was no traffic. They open at 0700, so a brief nap is beneficial. Reference images are provided for backing. Ensure you get CLOSE to the pole. Be cautious of the yellow poles at the church. you don't want to damage a bumper. I am giving store 5 stars for allowing me to show up extremely early to back in at a leisurely pace.

The girl that was there was very helpful. She went into the back to check after saying she had to order the flooring when she first checked the computer. She came back with a substitute, and I left with what I needed without having to wait.

Jay was the most helpful and customer service oriented person I have ever encountered in my life! Lumber Liquidators in Modesto was not able to accommodate my needs and he researched other LLFlooring stores in the country to find the specific flooring that I needed, called to confirm with the other store, and promptly called me to let me know!

Mary and her team members are consummate professionals, knowledgeable, and courteous. Came on Thu to buy Builders Pride Gunstock Oak hardwood flooring that was advertised on LL Flooring @ $3.19/sq ft. Mary informed me that not only was this store no longer under LL Flooring, but the price was also regular @ $5.29/sqft. What a bummer...buuuut I found an even nicer hardwood in clearance @ $3.99 that was $11.49 w/100yr certification. She also had approx 109 sqft of laminate I was able to get for $.10/sqft and she deeply discounted the adhesive. While I had to spend about $570 more on the hardwood flooring, I actually came out ahead by being able to have it shipped to the store instead of having to have it delivered, the discount on the adhesive and laminate, and much more durable/better hardwood flooring. Of note: when I asked the associates at the Waldorf location which glue was recommended for the gunstock oak since we are installing on concrete, the associates informed me that they could not recommend a glue as this flooring wasn't recommend to be glued down. I then pointed out that on their website it said nailing, glueing, and nailing w/glue assist were the recommended installation methods. This is why I was leery to patronize the Waldorf location and am glad I ultimately chose to go to Lorton. I can highly recommend this Lumber Liquidator location

I had to rewrite my review of Lumber Liquidators. This business, thanks to their manager Jessica, has a bright future. They took over after a bankruptcy by LL Flooring, the transaction was not smooth, from what I understand. Jessica and her team made good on the mishandling of the transaction by the previous owners, and have made a repeat customer out of me. I do recommend this location, it is staffed with people that care and understand.
