Supporting the Future of our Industry with NFCAP
There will be a shortage of 190,000 flooring installers necessary to meet the demand by the year 2030 based on the current rate of new Pros entering the trade. In an effort to support the next generation of Flooring Pros, LL Flooring is sponsoring the NFCAP – National Flooring Contractors Apprentice Program. As NFCAP recruits and teaches future installers in the classroom, you have the opportunity to host apprentices for on-the-job training.
